Are you a licensed general contractor?
Yes. Carrieri Construction holds California contractor license CSLB #1138940 and carries insurance. You can verify the license anytime on the CSLB website.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Dana Point and work across south Orange County: San Clemente, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Irvine, and the towns in between. If you're nearby and not sure whether we cover your area, call us and ask.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Kitchen and bathroom remodels, complete home renovations, ground-up custom homes, water damage repair, and custom projects like decks, pergolas, and built-ins. We also handle general contracting for larger jobs that involve several trades.
How does your pricing work?
You get a written, detailed quote before any work starts. It breaks the project into line items so you can see where the money goes. If something changes mid-project, we talk it through and put the change in writing before proceeding.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. We pull the permits, schedule the city inspections, and prepare HOA submittals where they apply. Most of the cities we work in have active design review or HOA processes, and we deal with them week in and week out.
Who will I actually be working with?
Carrieri Construction is family-owned and the name on the contract is our family's name. You'll deal with us directly from the first quote to the final walkthrough, not a rotating cast of project managers.
