Custom Projects
Outdoor living spaces, home offices, game rooms, and the projects that don't fit a category.
Some projects don't fit a category. We've built sunset-view decks, pergolas, and backyard living spaces, and we take on home offices, game rooms, and the jobs a homeowner can't find a specialist for. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll tell you how we'd build it.

Questions
Custom Projects — common questions
What counts as a custom project?
Decks, pergolas, built-ins, home offices, game rooms, outdoor living areas — the jobs that don't fit neatly into a category. If it involves building something well and you can describe it, it probably fits.
Do smaller projects get the same treatment as a full remodel?
Same process, same standards: a written line-item quote before work starts, changes priced in writing, and a clean job site. A deck deserves the same care as a kitchen.
Does a deck or pergola need a permit?
Often, yes — height, size, and anything structural can trigger one, and most south Orange County HOAs want a submittal too. We handle the permits and the HOA paperwork as part of the job.
